Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has formally presented the official results of the All Progressives Congress primary election for the Ogun East Senatorial District to President Bola Tinubu.
The governor, who recently emerged as the senatorial candidate of the ruling party for the district, expressed deep gratitude to God, the President, party stakeholders, and the people of Ogun East for the trust and confidence placed in him during the electoral process.
Abiodun commended the President for his inclusive democratic policies, noting that his insistence on adopting the direct primary method allowed party members to freely exercise their voting rights.
