Golden Bricks Realty and Investment limited has opened a corporate office in Ajah, Lagos state.
The twin celebration; Opening of the new office and Celebration of the 11th year anniversary of the real estate company in the country was Chaired by a former commissioner in Lagos state, Muiz Banire.
The three term commissioner hailed the company for its diligence and customer friendly policies.
Banire who was also the former Chairman, governing Assets management corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), while congratulating the company, noted that the company's track records, puts it ahead of others as a reliable company.
During the programme it was listed amongst the achievements of the company; the building of an ultra modern market in partnership with the Oyo state government.
While delivering his speech, Banire hailed the company for the feat, adding that Nigeria needs more standard markets to help relocate roadside sellers and also grow Nigeria's economy.
Mr Banire while making a case for market women said it is time to prioritise women in the society to ensure rapid growth in the country's economy.
" We now have no other option than to just help our women boost their business, they are the most populated in the market and this contributes largely to our GDP.
" We must also thank Golden Bricks Realty And Investment Ltd for their interest in building markets against residential buildings which always interest realtors. I appreciate this company and I celebrate with them."
Speaking at the event, the Chief executive officer of Golden Bricks Realty And Investment Ltd, Okusanya Oyeyemi also said the commissioned market, malls and cinema was made possible through a Public Private Partnership agreement with the Oyo state state government.
Mr Oyeyemi added that he has begun the moves to construct over 10,000 affordable market points and buildings in its bid to reward customers' loyalty across the South west part of Nigeria.
Mr Oyeyemi who noted that the 10,000 housing units will be scattered across choice areas in the state capitals across the southwest states of the country.
He explained that the market places and buildings are targeted at easing the struggle to own residence and trading points by their already existing and emerging clients.
While commending members of staff and management of the company, Mr Oyeyemi said he can't appreciate the workers enough for their dedication toward the many successes the company has achieved in its 11 years of existence.
Also speaking at the event, Group Chairman Ojulowo Omoluabi Empire Holdings, Dr Victor Eniola Mark, congratulates Mr Oyeyemi for his sterling achievement.
